" Hi! I am Monica and on behalf of Expert Village I am going to show you today some exercises for your core. I’m going to show you another stretching exercise. This one is for your back but is actually going to stretch out, particular side of your back a little bit more than the prior stretch we just did, so go ahead and have the ball on the ground. You are going to want to sit back onto your legs like we did before, hands on the ball, but this time you are going to come off to one side and then stretch over. So in this case here I am going to feel it more on my left side when I am doing this, stretching that left side, that left arm were really good and then you are going to want to roll over to the opposite side and I will be stretching out my right side here. You actually feel a little bit more stretching on the side here as opposed to the prior stretch which was just along the back. You want to make sure you hold these to each side between 30-60 seconds and right back over to the other side."

on 2/11/2009 The foam roller and myo balls are now the most widely known and used self myofascial release methods. Joint mobilization is also effective therapy for pain and range of motion. The ShiatsuBag is a new simple acupressure product that combines the benefits of both therapies and is lightweight and portable. It is recommended by Physical Therapists, Massage Practitioners, and Chiropractors. www.shiatsumd.com
