" Hi! I am Monica and on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you some physio ball exercises for your core. This next one I am going to show you is going to be working your obliques or the muscles that are right here on the side, that come around of your stomach area. These are also your love handle sections. I will show you some great exercise to help with those love handles; the easiest thing to do is to get a ball right on the floor like this. You are going to kind of position yourself right on the side of it here, your one arm can kind of help stabilize a little bit while you are getting comfortable and your legs, you want to make sure you have a nice firm planting. The other option to you is you are actually going to be facing the wall with your feet so your feet are kind of stabilized against the wall giving you a little bit more support, so what we are going to do is arms on your chest and just come up right like this, to try and use these muscles right here on the side to pull yourself up. Nice and easy motion, up and down, right like that."

The ShiatsuBag is a new simple acupressure product that combines the benefits of both therapies and is lightweight and portable. It is recommended by Physical Therapists, Massage Practitioners, and Chiropractors.
