" Hi! I am Monica and today I am speaking on behalf of Expert Village. I am going to show you another range of motion exercise that you can do with the physio ball for your core, so what you need is to have a physio ball or a Swiss ball on the ground. You are going to want to place your forearms on the ball just kind of comfortably, nice and relaxed and let me go ahead and show you the motion. Again it is for your core, so what you are going to do is just let your back arch as much as you can, your butt kind of sticks out when you are doing it and then do the opposite where you are tucking your butt in, trying to round out your back so just down, back up, trying to go as far around as you can and as far arch as you can. You want to make sure if you are not causing any back pain when you are doing these at all round like this. Some people call this the cat-cow exercise, because when you are like this, you have your back arched like a cat and when you are down like this your back is kind of rounded like a cow so again just nice and easy, back and forth."
