"Hi! I am Monica and I am speaking on behalf of Expert Village. I am going to show you another range of motion exercise that you can do for your core. The easiest way to do this one is have the ball on the ground and if you want a towel fold, you can get some padding for your knees and also carpet works fine. What you are going to want to do is put your forearms, just kind of resting comfortably on the ball so you should feel nice and relaxed. Let me go ahead and demonstrate what we are going to do. You are basically going to let your back arch as much as possible till your butt kind of sticks out and then you are going to do just the opposite tucking your butt in and trying to round out your back as much as you can. So lot of people call this the cat-cow exercise, just because when you are down like this you kind of have a back that's all rounded out like a cow. "
