"Hi! I am Monica and I am speaking on behalf of Expert Village today. The first exercise I am going to show you for your core is actually going to be a range of motion exercise, so this exercise is going to loosen up your back a little bit and kind of get you ready to do some of the stretches and some of the other strengthening exercises I will show you on the later clips. So what you need to do is have a nice spot either on the ground or some kind of padded surface what we have here and go ahead and lie on your back and then you are going to want to kick your feet upon the ball, right like this. Again if you want the ball flattened just a little bit like we have to make it easier and then what you are going to do is just slowly rotate on one side to the other, so you should feel your back, just a kind of rotating around a little bit. Right like that. So nice and slow, back and forth, a nice gentle warm-up."
