"Hi! I am Monica and this next exercise that I am going to show you, on behalf of Expert Village, is another lower extremity exercise using a physio ball again. What you are going to want to do is go ahead and stick one leg, put your left leg back right on top of the ball (so your foot is just resting comfortably on top) and we are actually going to be doing a one legged squat. So if you want to have support on the wall you can, just to give you a little bit better balance or if you pretty good balance you can do it without. So what you want to do is just slowly go down like this and you might have to adjust a little bit here there we go. You ideally do not want to have your knee going past your toes when you are coming down so right like that, back up. Again you can have your arms out in front of you for balance if that is easier but just one legged squat down and up, nice and slow. You might start out with ten of these on each leg and then progress from there. "
