"Hi! I am Monica and on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you an exercise that you can do with physio balls. So what you are going to want to do is have a physio ball and stick it right behind the wall there. You are going to want to put it in the small of your back, so this is a strengthening exercise you are going to do for your calf muscles. So what you want is to make sure that your feet are about shoulder width apart. We will start with your toes pointing straight ahead just like mine are; and what you are going to want to do is lean back against the wall (you will get a little bit of support) and then just go ahead and come up on your toes and then back down, up on your toes back down. So when I am doing this, my knees are straight and I am just coming up and down, nice and slow, right like that. The calf muscles are really strong so you are going to have to do more of these. You are also going to want to do them with your knees bent. It is the same thing your toes pointed ahead, coming up and down right like this, nice and slow so knees straight. "
