"I am going to show you another exercise you can do with the physio ball. This is another good exercise for your lower extremity. It is also going to help target your core muscles too but again focusing more on your lower extremity. What you want to do is have the ball on the ground and you want to go ahead and roll it back behind you here and you can go ahead and sit on it and roll on out so that you are in that bridge position. You want to make sure that you are going to pull your hips up right like this so everything is lined up. Then what you are going to do is (your hands can be behind your head for support if you want, down on the ground if you are a little unstable to fall) you are just going to lift one leg up and then the other; so again keeping your hips and everything lined up, you do not want to start sagging down like this. You want to keep everything lined up, right like that. You can do just one leg at a time or you can go back and forth if you want to."
