"Hi! I am Monica and on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you some physio ball exercises that you can do. This is a great exercise that you can do for your lower extremity. What you want to do is have the ball on the ground, out in front of you here and have it nicely underneath you so that you have got some good support and then what you are going to do is just roll out a little bit upon your hands here and then you are going to do hip extensions. We will start with the leg bent so what you want to do is, we will do with the right leg here and just turn left your hip, right off like that. Do you see it is not very much motion. You are just trying to come right to here, by circle and pass 050) like this, I am actually hyperextending my back so that I can make more of an arch and if you have back problems especially this might not feel good. So all you are trying to do is just bringing it back right to here so it is just hip motion you are doing. Start off with ten of these and then you can go on up and rest and again just right to here you should feel your butt and your hamstrings working. "
