" Hi! I am Monica and on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you another strengthening exercise for the upper body using the Physio Ball. This next one is going to be another variation of the modified push up. Except this time what we are going to do instead of having our hands in the diamond shape, they are going to be slightly spread out right like this so. So you still have a narrow base but not quite as narrow as the diamond ones tI just showed you, so get nice and comfy on the ball here and then you just going to go down and up right like this. It is going to focus a little bit more on your chest or your pectoralis muscles versus getting the triceps here with the diamond push ups knot, which is nice since slow. Use a good place to start out with if you are just beginning, because they are not quite as hard as the regular push up that you are doing. Just up and down and start with 10 or 15 and go ahead and progress your way on up if that starts to become easy for you."
