" Hi! I am Monica and on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you another stretching exercise. This time it is going to be a stretching exercise for your inner thighs. We will be using the physio ball again. And what you want to do is go ahead and put your legs out in a V-shape here (the ball in between) and what you are going to do is hands on the ball, make sure that you are nice and upright, you don’t want to be hunched over, again nice straight spine and you are just slowly going to roll forward with your hands on the ball, right like this. So again you are going to be feeling it in the inner thighs and doing both at the same time; rolling forward, holding it for about 30-60 seconds. You can also do 10 seconds, take a break, get another 10, then another 10 or 15 seconds, if you want to, taking a break. Make sure again when you roll out you are nice and straight, not rounded like this; I am not even feeling the stretch. If I am nice and upright I can really feel a good stretch right in between my legs, so it should be a nice and relaxed stretch. It should not be causing any pain or discomfort."
