"Hi! I am Monica and on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you another exercise with the physio ball. It is actually a stretch for your lower extremities. You are going to want to have the exercise ball in front of you here on the ground and you are going to put your feet straight out in front of you here, right like that. Just have the ball l comfortably relax on top. You want to make sure that when you are sitting, you are not sitting like this with your back rounded. You want to sit up nice and straight, your back straight and pelvis straight right like this. What you are going to do is put your hands on the ball and then just slowly lean forward to feel a stretch right in the back of your legs here for your hamstrings, such as leaning forward, right like this. Again making sure you are staying upright you don’t want to bend over as you are doing this. I don’t get nearly as much of a stretch when I am bent over as when I am straight. When I am straight like this I can feel it just going this far, so reach as far as you can and make sure you hold it between 30 and 60 seconds. "
