"Hi! I am Monica and on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you another range of motion exercise. This one is going to be more specifically for your hips and we are going to be using a physio ball again. So what you want to do is roll the ball underneath you here a little bit. You are going to want to have the ball underneath your hips and your thighs to get good support and you can either prop yourself up on your hands or if you want to just relax them on your elbows whatever is more comfortable for you. What you are going to do is start at the right leg and using the bend of the knee then slowly just drop in and out, you just want your leg drop in and then out. Again this is for range of motion, so we are just slowly moving back and forth. You are not necessarily trying to get a stretch or trying to strengthen anything, just more for motion. So you can do about 20 or 30 on each leg and switch to the other leg. You can also time it; you don’t want to actually count out, you can just time a minute’s worth 30 seconds worth, nice and easy, right like that. "
