" This next one is going to be a really good stretch. It is going to help out your shoulders here as well as the muscles that come along the upper back here that help with the shoulder girdle. So what you are going to want to do is have your ball right in front of you. You can either be sitting to do this or standing, either way is fine. You are going to grab on to the ball and basically what you are going to try and do is pull forward. You are trying to round out at your shoulders, trying to stretch everything out, just pull the ball there right like that. You can hold it for 30-60 seconds straight if you want to or if you need take a break and just do 10 second stretch relaxing and another 10 second stretch, you can do that too. You want to make sure if you sitting that you have nice posture. You don’t want to be slouched over like this trying to do it. You want to make sure your back is nice and straight and you are just trying to pull your arms forward as far as you can and you are trying to round out your shoulders."
