" Hi! I am Monica and on behalf of expertvillage I am going to show you some exercises that you can do with the Physio Ball. This next exercise is going to be another range of motion exercise for your shoulders. What you are going to want to do is lie on your back either on the ground or on a bed, nice and comfortable with your hips and your knees bent and what you are going to do want to try it do is have the ball up in front of you here and then slowly lower the side to side, right like that. So again you are doing at more for the motions than stretch or strengthening type of exercise. You are just trying to loosen up all the joints here and your shoulders and your wrists and your elbows as you are moving side to side with these. You are going to want to start off with maybe 20 or 30 of them back and forth or you can do 30 seconds or minute’s worth if that is easier to count."
