" Hi! I am Monica and on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you another range of motion exercise that you can do for your shoulders. What you want to do is have a physio ball or a swiss ball handy. Go ahead and lie on your back. You want your knees and your hips bent so you are nice and comfortable and what you are going to do is grab the physio ball and simply bring it back over your head right like this and then forward again; so back and forth, just nice and slow. You are not necessarily looking for a stretch when you are doing these; you are just trying to get some motion into your shoulders when you are doing, so right like this. Probably you are going to want to do about 20 or 30 of these or you can just set a timer for 30 seconds or a minute if it is easier to time instead of counting them out. Again you are just looking for motion to help increase your circulation."
