You can get that at Target, Wal-Mart or any type of supporting good store. The exercise that I am going to show you today are going to be more for the upper body strength. You will do a little bit of legs and core at the same time but primarily they are going to be for your upper body. I am going to show you some range of motion exercise so it is a general warming of the body, kind of loosening up your joints and your muscles a little bit. I will show you some stretching stuff as well. So that you stretch out all those muscles, make sure you stay nice and limber and then I am also going to show some exercises, some strengthening exercises that you will be able to do for the upper body. So, a good overall work out that you can do for your arms and you can kind of pick and choose between which ones you like the best, which one is you think help you the most, but these are going to be some good basic exercises to get you started."
