Video Transcript

"Let’s talk about a complicated rule in Soccer; the off-side rule. The law book states that a player cannot score a goal if the ball is passed to him if he is beyond the second to last defender. Now second to last defender, last defender most of the time being the Goal Keeper. So the last field player on the field. He cannot be past him. When the ball is kicked he receives the ball and scores that is not a goal. He has to be even with the Last Defender at the very least."
