"Hey guys Michelle Santoro here at Expert Village doing a little core strengthening exercise. Let's move on to our next core strengthening exercise. This one a really good exercise to work your abdomen as well as your obliques. So we're going to go ahead and lay back on flat of your back on your mat all the way down. For this exercise you're basically going to be bending your knees, bring them up, you are going to lean the other to one side and you are going to do this while you are laying down. Bend to one side, bring it back over and the process to bringing it to one side to the other make sure you really tighten your abdominal muscles, you can really really feel that. It's a great exercise to strengthening your abdominal muscles and pull it up. Once again if you feel any pain or discomfort while doing this exercise, make sure to go ahead and stop and move onto the exercise. These exercises are here to help you not to hurt you so you basically want to gradually work up to 10-15 of these per day. Depending on your tolerance to start out really slow bringing one side back over to the other side. This exercise is called mental rotation so let's move on to our next exercise."
