"MICKEY DENONCOURT: As I come into the pit, there's going to be someone standing there ready to catch my bike. I'm going to step off and just, you know, throw my bike at them and they're going to be--you're going to come at them; they're going to be ready to catch it. So as they catch it, they'll just put it away. Usually, there will be--there would be somebody else is in the pit, just grab it for you, you know, a friend, friend of a friend, something like that. Then if you're going to take a spare bike, what you want to do is you want to make sure that it's in a good gear to start out with. It's set in the gear that you used for the start of the race and that you have your cranks oriented in a similar manner that you'd have them at the start of the race, so it's really natural to get back on. So somebody is going to be holding--somebody is going to be on the right side, the drive side of your bike, holding it out to you and you're going to be coming at the bike and they'll just sort of push it forward as you come along. They will be rolling along and you'll just pop on and get going. And once again, it's one of those things that if it's a confusing process just get to the race early, watch the category before you and see how it's done."
