" As I come at you, I'm going to get off my bike in slow motion. I've unclipped my right leg over around the back, here as I go across, stick my foot out, unclip the other foot, and start going. It's a simple process, you just need to do it over and over again at different speeds, and different conditions to really get used to it. I'm going to come in this time through the set of barriers, you'll see that higher speed is a little more natural. It's a nice simple, smooth technique, don't waste a lot of energy, and then when we get more advanced, you actually use the momentum of the bike to sort of pick it up, and keep going."
