"Forward thrust punch into pat on high horse. End this with right hand out to punch and the left hand possibly ready for a shoulder strike. The right hand comes down as the left hand comes up and the toe comes in, pushing out to the right. I am going to step in here and come around the shoulder, I am going to get around and hook his shoulder, bring this toe inwards and press the opponent back. So tripping and throwing the opponent."
