"So oblique walking into brushing the knee. When we finished in a single whip position a diagonal single whip the hands come down in front of the left knee and pull up. So coming down we will be pulling upwards and taking the opponent off balance and throwing the weight. So brushing the knee as I mentioned before these applications are best thought of perhaps as a circle at any point of process in the form any point can be a point of applying energy, it can be a point of applying a neutralizing technique or any one of these techniques. So in this case I will be attacked and punched downwards so again we use the same idea of keeping as much contact as possible with the person, I will be pulling upwards, turning the body slightly and then pushing the opponent away."
