"Okay, continuing lazily tying one's coat, this is an example of a gi energy, which is very much a pressing into the opponent's center. It's particularly good for countering certain other energies. And so, we're moving from here to here. So this is a very much a sticky energy. So, we're going to do that again. So the more you can stick to the opponent, keeping your contact fully at all times on as many points as possible, the better you'll have to effectively neutralize and control the opponent."
