"The next in the warm up routine is an ankle opening exercise which, actually, will help to open the entirety of the leg. Let's begin. You start by putting your toe on the ground; pretty much at the same relative place as the opposite heel. One circles the ankle off to the side and then inwards and it comes up and around. The toe remains on the ground. Next in the warm up routine is an exercise to open the knees, and there are several stages to this exercise. One starts with the feet pretty much underneath the shoulders. Then bending over to put the hands on the knees, the knees are going to circle, to start they're going to circle outwards, come down to inwards and back up and out. You should be keeping your spine straight. Let's reverse direction. Next stage of the exercise, moving the legs together, and the legs circle together."
