"The next warm up routine is circling the head. This is intended to open up the very top of the spine and the tops of the shoulders. It's very simple, hands at the hips, and just allows the head to circle a maximum range of motion. Keep the eyes in the direction in which the head is moving. The next in this warm up routine is hip circles or waist circles and this is a relatively simple motion. Hands on the hips, the feet should be pretty much directly underneath the shoulders, and just allow your hips to move out in a circle as far as you can go comfortably. Back, to the sides, forward."
