"The next movement is a twisting motion intended to also to open the chest and also the upper back and spine. This motion you start with hands in fists, facing downwards, and we're going to push off towards starting off the left here. First movement we go once to the left and a second movement to the left where we go further back. Moving to the right, once to the right, second time going further back to the right. (Demo) OKay, the next warm up exercise is a twist to open the spine, it's also known as the washing machine. It's a very simple side to side motion with the arms kept loose. And, it's, should also demonstrate it. An expansive energy in the arms, the hands gently strike the body. As the arm that hits the back is lightly striking the kidney area, hopefully, stimulating the kidneys."
