"Now we move on to opening the shoulders. This is very simple movement. The arm rotates all the way around, from the front of body to the back. The shoulder stays down, pretty much in place the whole time, the hand opens up to the back, while the other hand remains on the pectoral. The exercise is repeated on the other side. This is an exercise to open the chest. You start by bringing the hands in front of the chest, palms up. Using the body, you're going to throw the hands backwards, palms up, opening up the chest. As we return, we're going to put our hands into fists, turn you over, so the palms facing down now in fists. Then we open with the elbows, opening the chest. We return to repeat, palms up.
