"As we begin, one starts by placing ones feet pretty much underneath your shoulders, bend the knees slightly and sit back as if you were sitting in a very high chair. Opening the wrists; to start by opening the wrists, you let your arms float up, wrap your fingers together, and we're going to start with a gentle side to side motion from the legs which will turn the wrists. Breathing should be regular. That's good. Okay, moving on to the elbows. This motion is done by allowing your arms to float up, hands down, coming down beside your waist, facing slightly off to the right and then to the left. Then the body weight moves gently side to side."
