"Hi this is Mehul Ramchandani on behalf of expertfitness.com. And along with me is Najib, and we will be demonstrating to you an exercise called pulley push-downs. This is a good exercise for triceps, and especially for the outer-head of the triceps. First, we are going to stand in front of the lat machine, take a short stance between your legs. Grasp the short handle at about 4 to 6 inches in between your index fingers. Najib will demonstrate how to do this exercise. Take a grip, bring the weight down, see that you are almost in contact with the legs. Here this is the look that we are looking for. One more important area is that the wrist should always be horizontal to the ground when you are working. Slowly release the weight, let the weight come to the chest, and then again push it down slowly. Here the important is that you are going to contract this tricep muscle very hard. The more the contraction, the better results you will have. Good luck guys!
