"Hello this is Mehul Ramchandai along with Raji and Sameer we will be demonstrating you 3 techniques of leg training; the level one exercise the squats demonstrated by Raji. Here you will keep a bar on your shoulders, and doing it properly you should go down; go down as far as possible till your hips and your knees are parallel to the ground. You can come up pretty hard and contract the thigh muscles so that these muscles get the proper exercise. This performance of exercise you would run for at least 8 repetitions depending on the strength you take the weight. But the most important thing is the breathing technique. It very much has an increasing rate of the body also; it increases the basil metabolic rate and it increases the chest cavity of the muscle. This is the level 2 exercise which can be performed after performing the squats for the level 2 people only. This is called leg extension exercise, in here you got to put the weight on the rack. Raise your legs up so that your leg quadriceps muscles get the proper exercise, this an exercise basically for the quadriceps muscles only. Switching over from here, we switch over the leg biceps from which we are calling leg curling exercises also. Ramee will be performing for you the leg curls. Here you come down so that your knees are out from the rack and you breath in and pull the weight up as far as possible. Perform at least 2 -3 sets of this exercise for 10-12 min depending on your strength, this completes the 3 exercises depending on your strength."
