"Hi. This is Mehul Ramchandani and, along with me is Rajim and Samir, and we'll be demonstrating you the two techniques of abdominal exercises. The number one level one exercise is arm and leg raising, which will be demonstrated by Rajim. You got to put your hands in line with your hips, bend your elbows slightly and raise your legs off the floor and start chopping in the air. This exercise, especially benefits your lower abdominal region and even the upper abdominal regions but, mainly, it is the lower abdominal region. You are going to do this exercise for at least thirty-, forty-count, depending upon your internal strength. You can repeat it for x number of, for any number of sets you want, to depending on your sets. You can relax now. The next exercise, number two exercise, and which is for number two just woke up, which is half range sit-ups. Lie on the ground. Help someone, ask someone to stand in front of you, on your legs or tuck up your legs underneath something. You are to perform this exercise breathing out when you raise yourself up and breathing in when you are going down. This exercise, again, should be performed for any number of repetitions, depending upon your strength and, at least, for two to three sets to a total number for repetition varies from say a hundred or less than that. That's enough for it. Thank you."
