What body building is- Body building the only sport where you wear your own sport. You don't need to carry your barbells and numbers and here and there to show that you are a body builder. He or she can be recognized everywhere in the world. Body building is meant for all age groups and there are different goals for each body building stunt. These goals are like developing higher levels of fitness, body shaping, strength building, athletic conditioning, power lifting and above all, the most important is complete body building building. What exactly is body building? Body building is a strict stimulus-response activity. In body building you put a load to the muscle to which the muscle increases in mass and strength. This is where body building begins.This in technical terms is knows as muscle hypertrophy. So that your muscles can and rebuild itself itself. When to work. When to work depends upon the person at hand and can it vary from nine to eight. The general reason that you work eight hours after you have woken up. Where to work-Where to works is with competent supervision only and in the proper very good gymnasium. What to wear? It depends upon the conditions upon which you are living in. But the thing is you can wear your shorts, stamped off shorts tee shirt. How to learn exercises. Exercises can be learned from videos, magazines, but the best way is to learn from competent supervisors or supervision.
