"Now that you've got your 180s on boxes, we're going to take it to rails, the most difficult stage in 180s on, even 180s off. They are hard. Rails--you've got to have a lot of balance. You have to know what you're doing, you've got to visualize because if you can see it, you can do it. 180s on the rails are hard. You have to be on your--depending on heel, or if you're going to do backside or front side. I'm actually going to do a front side 180 onto a rail from my heel side edge, so I'm going to be coming on from the left side of the rail, from goofy, and I'm going to be doing a front side 180 with my body open, coming back down, and being switch landing on the rail doing a switch 50/50 through the rail, and riding away smooth."
