"All right, now that you know how to nollie, putting it altogether is the main thing. If you can visualize it, you can do it. So you want to just keep that shoulder down, your legs, putting all the pop together, getting it all straight. Your body has to be really, really squared off. Just keep--it's all visualization. If you can visualize it in your mind, you can do it. Pop off that front foot, bring it up, and come back down. It's coming down and coming up. Down, coming up. So after you get your pop for your nollie, in your landing it's pretty much the same thing. You're going to have your same momentum going. This is your landing, but also this is your beginning to a nollie as well. This is my front foot. I'm popping off my front foot, coming up, and just coming back down on my heel edge. It's like the same movement but the opposite side. If you were to do an ollie, the same thing but the opposite way, coming off your heels on your back foot edge. So, just pop off the back foot, come up, ollie. Back foot, nollie."
