"Hi, Mike Bronco here at Bronco's Gym, with Holly Bronco, and we're going to show you the modified Superman with core stabilization exercise for the weekend warrior workout. I'm going to start on all fours, and what I'm going to do -- we call this stacking -- I'm going to stack my wrist and my elbow and my shoulder. Alright, and then my knee under my hip. And what I want to do is a nice neutral spine. OK, I'm going to exhale, and as I exhale, I'm going to lift my left leg and my right arm at the same time. OK, lifting up with the glute. Not bending the knee; nice straight leg. Lifting up of the glute; pausing; holding; and then back down. Exhale. And then back down. Now what I want to do is extend, exhale. OK, take a breath. And then, on the next exhale, I'm going to bring the elbow and the knee together. Inhale. Exhale. Contracting the abs. Again. Again. One more. Five. Can feel your abs. OK, other side now. Going to lift up. Exhale. And here we go. Exhale. Exhale. Nice and slow. One more. And then back down to all fours. OK, there you have it. There's the modified superman with core stabilization."
