"Hey I am Mike Bronco. We are here at my Bronco's Gym Studio in Madison, New Jersey, and today we are going to show you a complete workout that you can do in a very short period of time to prepare for the Weekend Warriors sports, like basketball, soccer, softball, triathlon, running races, golf, tennis, anything that requires sustained movement, dynamic movements, things where you are twisting and turning, especially if you are coming from an office where you are sitting at a desk for long periods of time, then you want to go do these activities. One thing that is very important to keep in mind here is that this workout does not work by itself. You have to have a good lifestyle; you have to make sure that you are warmed up, stretched out. If you play your sport once a week, that is when you are going to get hurt. So I designed this so that it includes a good dynamic warm-up, super sets using your whole body, and some abdominal core work so that you are prepared for your activity. You need to do it at least twice a week. If you are doing it once a week, it is the same problem; you are not doing it often enough to get results, and it can still lead to some injuries. So, at least twice a week, I recommend one to two days in-between, up to three days a week. Challenge yourself. I would start with the workout today, real basic. In the future, if you want to come back and visit the site again and do the workout, you can maybe add some more repetitions, do two cycles, we are only going to do one cycle today, go up to two or three times through, and then always check back with our website, broncosgym.com, because we are going to be having new videos that we are going to make that are at more advanced levels. Alright, now one more very important thing, if you feel any pain, discomfort, nausea, light-headed, please stop, alright? This is intended to help you, and as always, consult with a physician before you begin any exercise program or sporting activity."
