"Hi! Mike Elder, the head coach and general manager of the Miami Fencing Club; that's www.miamifencingclub.com. We have these in South Miami and on Saturday afternoons, at Miami Day College. Fencing provides a low impact aerobic workout for athletes until age 8 until 80. Right now my partner Jose and I are going to show you some savor fencing. Savor is the most athletic of the three different styles of fencing; goes fastest, shows the most action. See if you can follow the action. In order to score, I need to hit Jose or he has to hit me, with the edge of the blade like this. Cutting, a cutting type of action. You're not going to go like that. You can hit anywhere you want, as long as it is from the waist up; arms down. Okay. Good."
