"We are going to talk today about 6 traditional martial arts weapons. There are many advantages and disadvantages to using weapons especially against hand to hand combat for instant if he had a strike towards me and he had the strike improbitly set and it is lower then somebody who is without any weapons can actually step in and take controll of that weapon because this is a weapon of distance and a long range he can not stike me from this area so I have the advantage here of striking, however if he has his weapon probitly set toward my face so no mader where I move I would not be able to get in. If I do the moment that I do he can throw a thrust and knock me out. Another advantage to the Kama is that obversely he has a blade strike the wrist and could sever the wrist also. There is not much as far as distance if I was to stay back not much else I could do to him so pretty much this weapon has a full advantage any time I try to kick he cuts I try to punch he can cut and slash. The nunchucks is a weapon of distraction if I am here fighting he's going to automatically tap my hand coming in like that if I try to move to the side he can move with me and the nunchucks is a constant distraction I do not know when he's going to strike. The Sai is a weapon that can be used as a punch it has the advantage of striking and can strike. Comes in and strikes and also can be flipped out to stab. That is the advantages and disadvantages of some of the traditional weapons."
