How to Do a Finger lock from a Jujitsu Wristlock

"MICHAEL LEWIS: Michael Lewis here with Christian Martial Arts on behalf of Expert Village. We're here to talk today about executing an outboard wristlock. When you're applying an outboard wristlock, of course, you always have the fingers there that you can also manipulate. If Dean grabs my hand, again, going into an outboard wristlock but this time instead of grabbing with both hands I grab with my right hand, fingers on the palm, thumb on the back and apply out. His fingers are left exposed. If I need to just transition to a different technique, I take my thumb get into his fingers and apply them back. A great way to manipulate somebody's body around is by the fingers. Also, if you flip up, this time we're going to take a thumb, if you flip up instead of reaching fingers in the palm, thumb on the back you reach all the way around to the other side. This time you're still doing fingers in the palm wrapped around his thumb. So this time you're cupping into his thumb and you're taking in prying his thumb back. At the same time you have the fingers here you can take and pry all the way back both fingers and thumb. That's how you manipulate the fingers if from an outboard wristlock."
