"Hi, this is Mike, and on behalf of ExpertVillage.com, and in this clip I am going to be showing you how to do an ice pick. Now an ice pick is fairly similar to a double peg except you are going to be balancing just on the rear peg in the back here. Now basically what you are going to want to do is go at the ramp at about the same speed as you would a double peg. But once your front tire hits that coping, lift up on your front tire, still while leaning your body out towards the ramp like you did in a double peg. And once your peg hits on the coping, you are going to straighten out over the bike, and once you find your balance, at this point then you can lean into the ramp turning your front wheel and go back in. Now same with the double peg, if your foot keeps falling off and over onto the ramp, that means that you are not leaning out into the ramp enough. So just make sure that you are leaning out, and it helps to stick your foot off to the side of the bike just like that. And once you get the hang of that and then you will be all set to do more of the variations involving the ice pick."
