"Hi, this is Mike, and on behalf of ExpertVillage.com, and in this clip we are going to be teaching you how to drop in on a ramp. Now first thing that you want to make sure that you do is be comfortable with what feet position you have forward, and then from there it would be which direction you are going to roll in at. And the way that you want to roll in is you want to go sideways at the ramp at an angle and then just drop right in, and then depending upon the ramp size, you may need to lift up on your back tire a little bit. And the reason that we do go sideways like that is because if you did go straight on at the ramp you would have more likely of a chance to hit your sprocket and flip over when you are going in. So if we were going in straight like this, look at how my pedal and sprocket hit right there. Now if that were to happen, I would have a possibility to flip over. So when you go in at an angle, your sprocket and your pedals are less likely to hit the ramp. And now I am just going to show you a simple drop in on this ramp here and then you will be ready to go and do it on your own. Get your feet position forward, give it a little pedal and just roll in sideways."
