"Hi, this is Mike, and on behalf of ExpertVillage.com, in this clip we are going to be going over basic feet positioning and how to carve on a ramp. So basically, the way you find out the way that you carve is which way you have your feet. If your right foot is forward, you are typically going to be carving to the left. And if your left foot is forward, you are typically going to be carving to the right. Now although this is the way that most people do it, it is not set in stone, so some people that have their left foot forward do carve to the left and vice versa with the right. And when you are carving, an important thing that you want to remember is to use your legs and your arms to pump up and down on the ramp that way you can keep your speed going as you are going back and forth."
