"Ok, now we're going to show you a simple throw from a kick. Now this is where you actually get into the inside position of the body. Instead of a punch being thrown you're actually working it from a kick. Be very careful as far as working kicks goes. Make sure you stretch out, flexibility and all that kind of good stuff. But, starting out, we're just going to throw a front kick. My first step is to actually move and block and I'm actually going to hook into it. I can hook either this way across the back of the arm if I just want to give a simple off-balance technique, or I can hook it up into the bend of my arm so that I'd be able to execute a pretty much similar to an asoto gari type throw using your right leg to sweep out your opponents body. So, we're going to work this a little bit in slow motion. Throws a front kick, a block hook, and now I'm strapped up, got a hold of the leg and I'm also got my right arm behind, or my right leg rather behind her leg and that's all you have to do after that, is just go ahead and throw it. Again, we're going to work that. Throws the kick. Come in; sweep out, down to the ground. OK, another thing you can do to help out partner is as you're throwing down to the ground you have a hold of not only their leg but also with your right hand or left hand you have a hold of their gi. So as you throw them down to the ground this is a technique that most people fall real hard on the flat of their back. So you want to make sure you hold them up just a little bit to absorb some of their shock. So there you go, that's a that?s a take down from a kick going to the inside position of the body."
