"Ok, now we're going to show you a take down which is actually sort of one of my own variations as far as taking someone down in front of you from the inside position. It's best used from a punch, elbow or a knee strike combination, anything that would actually expose the person to a headlock type position. So, we're actually going to switch positions here. I'm going to be the one that takes the throw. I throw the punch. She blocks inside. She throws her loosening up technique, which can either be a punch, an elbow strike, or better yet, to grab and throw a knee strike, which automatically gets my head down. As soon as my head is down you take and place the, your right hand on the back of your partner's neck. Now what you're going to do is you're going to push down and around. Also, at the same time you're going to hook the arm. Now you don't necessarily have to grab the arm. You can hook underneath. I'll just demonstrate this part right here. You block. You come in and strike. When you're going to come back you can take and hook underneath the arm. So you don't necessarily have to grab you can hook just in case you're not able to get a full grab. So again, just to execute the technique, fully. A step and punch. Throws a loosening up technique, wraps around the back of my head, and then turns my head down and my arm upwards and actually sets me down to the ground. Also, keep in mind the person that's executing the throw needs to be able to move back quickly. Because I'm actually going to be falling right in front of her. So, she has to step back very quickly. So there you go that is a pretty much a front twist as we call it variation to the inside position of the body."
