"Now we're going to show you how to execute an inboard wristlock from the inside position of the body. Throws a hook punch you can block with both hands. You can block with one hand and throw a strike. Just make sure that you grab with your left hand or if she's thrown a punch with the other hand it would be grabbing with the right hand. But make sure you gain control over this hand. Again, always a great idea to throw a loosening up technique in there. Throw a punch and then slide back across this hand. My favorite and preferred method is throw an overstrike because your hand is immediately here. You grab with your thumb on the back of the hand, fingers in the palm. You can take your right leg from there. Step out. Sort of helps you gain a little bit of momentum with your body and a better position. You take your left hand, thumbs on the back, fingers on the palm, push in towards their shoulder. And then on the pinky side of their hand you take and twist forwards and it will actually help rotate the body. So, again, we'll speed it up just a little bit. Come in, throw an elbow strike. And it sets in as you move your right leg back. Again, footwork is very important. It's very simple. Move your right leg in. Move your right leg out. Ok? It's very very easy. Very easy. All you have to do now is just pay attention to the hand techniques. And that is an inboard wristlock from the inside position."
