"Okay, now as far as, your legs go, you have many, many different places you can throw kicks to from the inside of the body and also a few knee strikes. She throws the punch, you block, now you're on the inside of the body. You can throw round house kicks into the mid section of the body. If you're flexible enough you can throw a round house kick up to the side of the head. Also, keep in mind that just the same as the outside of the body, we had a side kick to the ribs. So, if you want to you execute the same thing by chambering up with the left leg, executing a side kick in. Again, remember as far as, keeping the arm the whole entire time, you don't necessarily have to. In fact, some of the kicks like the side kick that's going to put a lot of force and possibly push her or yourself away, you want to go ahead and just let go of the arm. But for the sake of keeping control, keep a hold of it. Also, don't forget, you have knee strikes that you can place in here since it is the inside of the body, there's a lot of vital areas, and because the distance, knees fit in perfectly. So, you can grab the shoulder, grab the back of the head, throw knee strikes low, flexible enough you get a little hop, you could actually throw knee strikes high, bring down the face. And also keep in mind, you still have the side of the knee. So, instead of like on the outside of the body we practiced a side kick to the knee with the right leg, you could practice side kick to the knee using the left leg. And it's a very quick technique. It's just right in there. So, some of the areas that you can use to strike at as far as, kicks and knees go, also, if you're with a training partner, experiment with each other. See what else you might be able to put in there so when you throw some of your techniques you have a little wider array of striking areas. So, that's it, that's, there's your striking areas using your kicks from the inside of the body."
