"Okay now, we're going to show you a few of the punching areas that you could use as far as, from inside position. She throws a punch. You step in and block. We're going to use a simple outblock for right now instead of turning our bodies so you guys can see. Some of the punches, obviously you have a punch straight into the face, and to the nose. You could also throw techniques like a backfist using the back two knuckles here, the back part of it, and throwing a backfist into the temple. Don't forget about the neck. You have techniques there that you could throw into the neck, as far as knife hand strikes, ridge hand strikes. Also you have the center of the body. So you have punches that go into the chest, the soleplex of the body. And as far as, anything below the belt, you don't want to go there yet because you want to practice a little bit more. But you do have some other techniques that come into play. Even shots to the kidneys from here you can actually execute a shot there at the ribs, right in front of the kidneys. So in the lower ribs right there. So, again when she throws a punch you want to have already in mind, go ahead, you want to already have in mind a place where you will be able to execute any certain amount of your punches or your strikes to the neck. So, there is a few of your striking zones that you can use for your punches, as far as, going to the inside of the body."
