"Now the inside position of the body as I said before in the previous clip is a bit more dangerous because you are having to deal with the persons other extremities and weapons. So going from a hook punch position, you blend in with the strike, blocking with your left hand and then you can strike with your right. Anything, really that can gets you to the inside. To simplify it, you just come in pretty much with an outside block, and now I'm in tune with what you call the inside position of the body. This over here is outside (pointing to the outside of his partners arm). This over here is inside (pointing to the inside of his partners arm ). So if there's a strike it's best, especially if it is a hooking strike or any kind of roundhouse kick you can blend and not actually stop the motion directly unless you are actually trying to strike that punch or that blow. Try and blend with the offensive motion and move toward the inside so you will have many options as far as striking zones. Again, from this inside position the first thing to remember is your opponents other hand. From right here they can throw a punch and if I'm not looking for it, I'm going to get hit. So again the inside position is a little more dangerous but there are also more vital areas to target along the central radium of the body."
