"Now we're sort of going to show you a variation of the headlock from the outside position. Now this is a very dirty technique as far as being able to execute it out in the street and everything. It is a technique that you want to be very careful in practicing, just because of the nature of the technique. She throws her punch, and instead of actually sliding into the headlock like we did before--or into the choke, rather--we're actually going to slide into it but then twist our body, almost like you're about to execute a hip throw. Sort of jet out your hip into their back and lean them back, and there you have set what I call sort of a reverse headlock. Because you're actually bringing them across their back, instead of while they're leaning over. So, again, to break it down. Very simple, you block, you're going to take your right hand, always keep in mind to get your hips right behind, square behind their body, because that's going to stop them from being able to move back. Once you get there, you just execute a choke. Now the dirty part of this comes in to where you actually try to hike and throw the person. It's doing pretty much like an ogoshi hip throw from their partner being twisted around in the other direction. It will involve them going down flat onto their face, and hopefully you retaining the headlock and retaining the position towards their back. Again, when you're practicing this technique specifically, make sure everybody's flexibility in their back and everything is different. Make sure that you all do it nice and slow. Then when you get some comfort, you can go ahead and speed it up. So that's how to get what I call a reverse head lock from an outside position."
